COVID-19: your order
In these challenging times of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic, please know that your safety and health is important to me, and that I will make every effort to ensure that your order gets to you in the safest possible way.
~ SHIPPING
For preparing and packaging the "Vagabond Strays" for their journey home, I wash my hands thoroughly before handling anything, and I wear protective gloves and use disinfectant wipes while assembling and filling the PVC display boxes the Strays travel in. I will continue to maintain strict hygiene standards during the whole packing process.
All employees of the post office where I drop off my parcels also follow strict instructions for increased hygiene and in order to minimize physical contact.
(But please, take any precautions that you feel are right for you upon arrival of your parcel. Both the cardboard shipping box and the PVC display box inside can be wiped down with a disinfectant wipe. Another option is to leave the entire parcel in a remote location for a period of time - 24 hours or longer - before you open it. The Strays are well fed before they start their trip, and won't complain.)
~ DELIVERY
As countries respond to the pandemic, there is a chance that your parcel may not arrive within the originally estimated time.
The Dutch postal service PostNL is operating as normal and continues to ship parcels worldwide, however current circumstances may cause some (sometimes long) delays in transit: reduced air cargo capacity (especially between EU and US), increased border controls, and local protective regulations and quarantine measures may all impact logistics.
You can use the online track and trace feature at www.internationalparceltracking.com to track the status of your parcel at any time, the tracking number can be found in your Zolala! shipping confirmation email.
Thank you so much for your understanding and patience, and stay safe! 💕
Zolala! Blog
Mostly musings and meanderings about my work as a seamstress and miniaturist, with all of the joy and struggle that comes with it.
Hello!
My name is Zo, and I'm endlessly fascinated with all things small: dolls, animals, miniatures, dioramas..
I feel very fortunate to be able to combine them all in my work!
Sewing doll clothes and bringing little critters to life allows me to do what I love every day - and connects me with some really amazing people all over the world.
