On our way
Trying to rekindle my awfully rusty drawing skills.. I haven't drawn for many years due to lack of time, but often miss it.
So for Christmas I optimistically treated myself to a Sakura Pigma Micron ink pen set and a delightful wooden box with 24 watercolor pans. A warm-up with this small vignette of my Bohemians and their entourage was a fun practice to get a bit of 'feel' for those new-to-me mediums (however landscapes are obviously not my thing, and I very much need to work on 'looseness' and perspective 😅).
I would love to capture more moments from my "Little Bohemians & Vagabond Strays" unusual life.. Their story has comfortably been sitting in my head for so long, maybe it's time to let it out - this way?

Mostly musings and meanderings about my work as a seamstress and miniaturist, with all of the joy and struggle that comes with it.
Hello!
My name is Zo, and I'm endlessly fascinated with all things small: dolls, animals, miniatures, dioramas..
I feel very fortunate to be able to combine them all in my work!
Sewing doll clothes and bringing little critters to life allows me to do what I love every day - and connects me with some really amazing people all over the world.
